ABOUT ME
I am passionate graffiti and street artist, changing the urban landscape for more than 27 years. I specialize in 3D graffiti, incorporating anamorphic elements, landscapes and portraits. My tendency is towards realism with design elements and I prefer large walls to paint my murals on. I am based in Thessaloniki, Greece but travel the world to spread my art.
MY STORY
My first contact with graffiti occurred at the age of 14 when a friend of mine (‘Maniac’, who was then a very active local writer) introduced me to the local graffiti scene of Thessaloniki. I was instantly hooked and wanted to find my own style. Soon I realized that I was living in the Mecca of Greek graffiti, the neighborhood of Kalamaria. This motivated me even further and also provided me with a convenient spot to paint and evolve.
In the first steps of my journey to find my style I started experimenting with the 3rd dimension and so my 3D graffiti style was born. Through constant experimentations and thorough observations of how light bounces and shadows cast, my style started to both solidify but still evolve to the day. My main graffiti style is now a blend of realistic, futuristic and robotic 3D graffiti letters and street art fused with anamorphic elements. During my journey as a graffiti and street artist I have also experimented and practiced portrait and other figure painting to accompany my 3D styles or even or their own.
My love for taking up very large scale walls and projects has also earned me the nickname ‘contractor of graffiti’.
Common ‘canvases’ for my graffiti artworks are schools, sports stadiums, abandoned military camps, theaters etc.
